Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. Suppliers Warranty

All terms and conditions listed below are subject to the provisions below, Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. offers a limited warranty that guarantees its product to be free from defects in material and factory workmanship for a period of two years from the date of installation, or 27 months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first, provided the product is properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Repair or parts replacements and labour required as a result of such defect will be made free of charge during this period upon return of the defective parts or equipment to the manufacturer or its nearest authorised service centre. Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. warrants the original purchaser its grinder pump stations against defects in workmanship and materials that may appear under normal and proper use.

Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. sole obligation is to repair, replace or grant credit at its discretion for defective products when returned prepaid to Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. or its nearest authorised service centre. Product repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned freight prepaid. Where manufacturers or suppliers standard warranty conditions or standard terms and conditions of supply differ from the below, (our) Enviro One Services Pty Ltd terms, conditions and warranty guidelines shall override those and these guidelines will be followed.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law under no circumstances shall Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. be subject to any consequential, incidental, indirect or contingent damages whatsoever, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or other law, all such damages and claims being specifically disclaimed.

Conditions of Warranty

Other conditions and limitations of the warranty are as follows;

• returns must have prior authorisation by Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd.;

• repair or replacement of any part shall not extend the warranty period;

• all warranty claims are subject to approval by Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd.;

• Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. assumes no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages of any kind in respect to the supply, use or operation of E/One grinder pump stations;

• damage or defects resulting from misuse, misapplication, improper operation, neglect, accident, alternative or faulty installation are not within the scope of the warranty;

• the warranty does not apply to any unit that has been repaired or altered by anyone other than an Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. authorised service centre;

• Enviro One Services and (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for damage, injuries or losses caused by acts of God or other external causes beyond the control of Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd.;

• Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for damage, injuries or losses caused by deficient, negligent or improper installation of the unit or product damage during installation by certified or uncertified installers;

• Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for damage, injuries or losses caused by the loss of service performed by the unit or flooding due to power interruptions, power outages, power supply failure or the power being turned off or disconnected;

• Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for property damage or bodily or personal injury of any kind however caused or arising including acts of vandalism or wilful damage to property;

• Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for damage, injuries or losses caused by damage because of a defective power supply or improper electrical protection;

• Enviro One Services (Pty) Ltd. shall not be liable for damage, injuries or losses caused by damage or failure because of infiltration or inflow from sources other than sources for which the unit was designed and the use in the unit of any material or item other than residential wastewater including the introduction of foreign materials (i.e. abnormal amount of grease, strong chemicals, flammable material, etc.) to the unit in respect of which the unit was not designed;

• to qualify for an extended warranty term compliance to an audit procedure will need to be followed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No person is authorised to make any additional warranty on behalf of the supplier. Where manufacturers or suppliers standard warranty conditions or standard terms and conditions of supply differ from the below, (our) Enviro One Services Pty Ltd terms, conditions and warranty guidelines shall override those and these guidelines will be followed.
