About the role:

Based in Brisbane and reporting to the General Manager and Technical Director, you will be responsible for driving the concept and product, focusing on your region/territory. This is a challenging opportunity where you will display your confidence in working in a fast paced and often high pressure sales environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and target driven person.

You will work as a trusted and integral team member. You will be responsible for researching new business opportunities and finding new clients, leveraging the company reputation and your own knowledge.

Key Tasks:

To develop and execute sales and sales strategies, generating prospective clients and building a pipeline for continued growth in the builder and developer environment.

Manage presentations and proposals to ensure the value proposition commitments to clients are documented and delivered to various engineers and other relatable professionals.

Ensure the prospecting activities meet the business growth expectations.

Work with clients and business partners to facilitate best industry solutions.

Maintain and ongoing rapport to ensure that we become the trusted advisor.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complex situations.

Be a contributor to a culture of performance excellence.

Must be able to undertake extensive planned travel
