We are looking for someone that is highly motivated and target driven. Experience in the plumbing, water, wastewater and/or sewer industry would be desirable. You will work as a trusted and integral team member reporting directly to the Technical Director and Business Manager.  You'll be responsible for researching new business opportunities and finding new clients, leveraging from the company reputation and your own knowledge and experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Demonstrated sales experience (B2B). Experience in waste water/water industry would be advantageous

  • Strong understanding of sales

  • Proactive with high levels of energy and integrity

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally with customers

You will have the ability to:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through lead generation activity, networking and social media

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities, target identification and qualification

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the products & services

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle objections

This casual, entry level position will be based out of our Carrum Downs Site. We require the successful applicant to have availability to work Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, motivated and reliable.
